God's Banner Of Love

In February, the focus is Valentine's Day, when we let our family and friends know how much we love them. Do you do anything special for Valentine's Day? Feel free to comment below; I would enjoy hearing from you.
The song "His Banner Over Me Is Love" is a reminder and comfort that God loves us daily and of His banner of love. Today, I would like to share the lyrics to this song:

~His Banner Over Love Me Is Love~
The Lord is mine, and I am His
His banner over me is love
The Lord is mine, and I am His
His banner over me is love
The Lord is mine, and I am His
His banner over me is love
His banner over me is love!
He brought me to His banqueting table
His banner over me is love
He brought me to His banqueting table
His banner over me is love
He brought me to His banqueting table
His banner over me is love
His banner over me is love!
He is the vine, and we are the branches
His banner over me is love
He is the vine, and we are the branches
His banner over me is love
He is the vine, and we are the branches
His banner over me is love
His banner over me is love!
Jesus is the rock of my salvation
His banner over me is love
Jesus is the rock of my salvation
His banner over me is love
Jesus is the rock of my salvation
His banner over me is love
His banner over me is love!

Sharing A Favorite Hymn

The song How Great Thou Art is one of my all-time favorites hymns. It was originally written as a poem by a man named Carl Boberg from Sweden in 1885. After he had experienced a storm, the sky cleared, something stirred in his soul on God's greatness, which then inspired him to write the poem. Through the years since the poem was written, it was turned into the familiar hymn we have come to know.
My favorite singer is Alan Jackson; I just thought I would share his version.
Do you have a favorite hymn? Feel free to comment below. I would love to hear from you.

Thank you for visiting my small, humble blog.
