~If at all possible, try to find something positive in a situation, even if it is small.
~Each day find something to be thankful for.
~Although it's not always easy, try to forgive and let things go whenever possible.
~Reading Scripture brings to light how much our Heavenly Father cares for all of us. Matthew 6:25-26 "For this reason, I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, as to what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor for your body as to what you shall put on. Is not life more than food and the body than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they?"

Offering a prayer for all of us when life is painful, stressful, and challenging:
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the times in my life that are joyful. I also bring to You my times in life that are stressful, painful, and challenging. It's in those times I feel anxious. Help me to keep my focus on You and know that You care for me.
In Jesus name,
Amen
