Be A Blessing To Others

Recently, I read a sign that said, "Be A Blessing To Others ." It served as a good reminder, and I started thinking, how can we be a blessing to others?  For the past several days, I have been writing some ideas in my journal, and I thought I would share them on my blog.
  • Hold the door open for the person that is behind you.
  • Donate food to a food shelf.
  • Mail a note to a family member or friend.
  • Let someone go ahead of you in line at the store.
  • Donate clothing to charities.
  • Send a text message to say "hi."
  • Bring a meal to someone.
  • Invite someone over for a meal.
  • Offer to get groceries for someone.
  • Pray for others. This Bible verse can be helpful---"I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them." (1 Timothy 2:1).
Although I have only scratched the surface on ways to be a blessing to others.
Perhaps you have some ideas as well. Feel free to comment below.
I would love to hear from you.

Thank you for visiting my small, humble blog.
