"We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." Hebrews 6:19
On a recent visit to Duluth, Minnesota with my three daughters I came upon this anchor that is on display near Lake Superior. An anchor by definition adds stability and strength to a ship or boat to keep it from moving. My thoughts went to how the Lord is my stability and strength in every aspect of my life. There are many days that I must remind myself of this hope as an anchor. Especially on days that I'm not sure of  my direction. I'm thankful for the anchor in the Lord. I'm thankful He loves me on those days that I'm not sure of my direction, knowing He is guiding me through this journey, even on the days that I'm not always aware of His guidance.
May you also "have this hope as anchor for the soul, firm and secure" today and every day as you journey through your life.

Thank you for visiting my small, humble blog.
