After a day of rain, the sliding glass door in my apartment will be full of rain spots that make it difficult to see out. So, I mix up a solution of vinegar and water to clean away the rain spots. This solution works wonders, and I can see out the sliding glass door more clearly. With the next rain, I will repeat this process.
As I was looking out my newly cleaned sliding glass door (to the right 😃), I realized that God sees you and me clearly, too. He knew we needed a Savior, so He sent His Son Jesus to take our past, present, and future sins to the cross. Jesus said in John 6:40 "For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son, and believes in Him, may have eternal life; and I Myself will raise him up on the last day."
Although, our life here on earth can have times of joy and times when we cannot see clearly, with our belief in Jesus we will have eternal life.
Prayer for all of us to see clearly;
Dear Heavenly Father,
There are times in my life where I cannot see clearly. There are times in my life where I may sin.
Thank You for sending Your Son Jesus as my Savior. With my belief in Jesus, I will have eternal life.
