As we journey through life, we will all have our share of troubles. Every ounce of me would like that not to be the harsh reality, yet it is. However, I can offer God's word in Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

Let us pray together,

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You now and bring our troubles to You. When we read Your word, help us truly take refuge in You and know that You are the strength we need. Thank you for being with us in every moment of our lives.
